The stunned crew and fans become unwitting victims as zombies trap the crew and begin to devour guests, fans and police in a bloody bath of hungry proportions! REVIEW
Utilizing a reality remodeling show as the backdrop for the film, co-writer/director Dave Wascavage delivers a balanced dose of humor and gore. A funny belching contest near the beginning of the film helps the audience identify with the characters in a real way. Though some of the special effects were a bit cheesy, this movie opens with a good title sequence and continues on with the use of creative special effects. For this low budget horror zombie film, resources were used effectively to achieve what are intended to be gory moments. The movie was supported by good casting. Though there were a few moments of bad acting, each actor did seem to fit the requirements for that role. There were some moments of bad (or perhaps lack of) lighting in some scenes. To boot, there were some scenes with low audio making it hard to hear all of the dialogue. Some of the action sequences seemed forced. Better thought to blocking would have helped this problem. However, good editing helped move the narrative along. In conclusion, for those that enjoy this film genre, it is certainly worth viewing. It will keep you entertained and will make you laugh.
